Minneapolis based band Plague Of Stars are playing a streaming show that’s just around the corner. If you’re not familiar, Plague Of Stars is fronted by the wonderfully talented Melissa Ferlaak with a band of brothers in metal arms that are top tier and well seasoned musicians in and of the Minnesota metal scene handling the guitars, bass, and drums.
Hard to pin down, as far as which genre of metal they fall under, Plague Of Stars seems to appeal to just about anyone from any little corner of the heavy metal universe and is undeniably a band that should be experienced live.
As things are sometimes kind of opening up and other times kind of shutting down these days, never sure if live music is happening or if it’s a great idea, we get to experience the band live regardless – thanks to the 14:59 Studios YouTube channel. 14:59 Studio is run by area icon Will Maravalas. Will and his studio have played host to the crafting of countless great albums across all genres of rock/metal/etc which Will and 14:59 have recorded, produced, and mixed.
To sweeten the scenario even more, this live show will be filmed and photographed by David Rubene with Ruby Glass Media. David has been a staple at shows in the area for as far back as I can remember, always with a camera in hand and goin’ in for the killer shots.
And lastly, they’ll have discounted merch available that I’m sure we’ll hear more about during the performance.
